Order processing
Select the product or products you are interested in and click the "Add to Cart" button. You can find the shopping cart and the products added to it in the upper right corner of our online store, regardless of which page you are on. Once you have added all the desired products to the shopping cart, you can start placing your order.
Please note that after confirming the order, only an order confirmation email with order details will be sent to your email address, but not an invoice! We will send the invoice to the email address specified by the customer when placing the order separately after some time. If you have not received any information from us in your mailbox, check whether there is free space in your mailbox to receive new messages or whether your spam filter has mistakenly directed the message sent by us to the spam folder of your mailbox. We generally send the invoice to the customer on business days, no later than a few hours after placing the order, but no later than one business day. All orders are processed only after payment has been received or, if paying by invoice, after sending a copy of the payment order to info@mts.ee.
Delivery and its cost
Delivery costs are calculated in the shopping cart at the time of purchase.
Courier delivery within Estonia -> €6.1 (excluding items over 30kg, including furniture, large construction equipment, etc.). The shipping cost for large packages is calculated in the shopping cart at the time of purchase.
Parcel terminal (DPD, SmartPOST, Omniva) - > €2.64 - €3.24 depending on the selected service provider.

If the products added to the shopping cart come from different suppliers' warehouses, the customer may receive the order in several separate shipments and on different days. The delivery cost is calculated during the order process and the delivery cost is visible to the customer before confirming the order.
The estimated delivery time of the products is listed separately for each product and is indicative. The price, delivery time and stock status of the products may vary depending on the supplier (delivery warehouse). One product may be available in the warehouse of several different suppliers, but with different prices, delivery times and stock status. We do our best to ensure that the ordered products reach our customers within the estimated delivery time indicated for the products. If several products with different delivery times are selected in the shopping cart, the estimated delivery time of the product with the longest delivery time is considered the approximate delivery time of the entire order. In some special cases, deliveries may be delayed for reasons beyond MT Shop's control. The source of the problem may be a supplier who has indicated the wrong quantity and/or wrong delivery time of the products in their warehouse system, as well as a logistics company who, for various reasons, has caused delays in the supply chain, either themselves or due to a third party. We update our product database several times a day to keep the information on products, product prices and availability up-to-date. There are situations where some of the above keywords may change faster than the latest information reaches our product database in cooperation with automatic updates. We always inform the customer separately about the delay in deliveries and, if possible, we offer our customers the option of tracking the movement of the goods themselves using the so-called "tracking link" of the logistics company. We ask you to take such possible situations into account and apologize in advance if you should find yourself in such a situation with your order. If the product is immediately available in our Osmussaare 4 warehouse (the expected delivery date is indicated as today and the warehouse code is MTS), then products ordered and paid for on weekdays before 15:00 will generally arrive by courier to the customer within Estonia on the next working day. Orders placed and paid for on weekends will be processed on the next working day. The expected delivery time of the product is indicative and depends on many circumstances (including those not dependent on MT Shop), including public holidays in both Estonia and other countries in the supply chain. As a result, there may be delays in handling deliveries and delivering them to the customer due to holidays or shorter working days and/or increased workloads in both delivery warehouses and logistics companies. We also send certain products to the customer to parcel machines. If sending the product to a parcel machine is possible, the delivery method will be visible to the customer in the shopping cart when placing the order. If the product cannot be delivered to a parcel terminal, the system will not offer the corresponding delivery method when placing the order.
Certain products can be picked up at our Osmussaare 4 warehouse. If the product cannot be picked up at our Osmussaare 4 warehouse, the system will not offer the corresponding delivery method when placing the order.
Discounted products category
The discount products category includes products from various suppliers (for example, final sales) that are new but are slightly cheaper than regular prices. These may be the last copies in the form of products that are being discontinued immediately or products that have been in the supplier's warehouse for a longer period. This category also includes products that the customer has returned to the supplier/seller during the 14-day return period. There may also be products that meet the following criteria:
- The product packaging has been opened and the product has been put into operation/tested for demonstration purposes. There may be signs of use. The warranty is valid for the same period as a new product.
- The product packaging is damaged, but the product appears new and undamaged. The warranty is valid for the same period as a new product.
- The product packaging has been opened by the customer/store employee and possibly put into operation/tested. There may be signs of use. The warranty is valid for the same period as a new product.
- The product packaging has been opened and put into operation/tested for demonstration purposes. There may be signs of use. The warranty is valid for the same period as a new product.
- The product is broken/damaged. The product is not covered by warranty.
- The product has been on display at exhibitions. The product packaging has been opened and the product has been put into operation/tested for demonstration purposes. There may be signs of use. The warranty is valid for the same period as a new product.

- The product has been factory refurbished to the same condition as a new product. The warranty is valid for the same period as a new product.
What do the different warehouse designations B / M2 / AC / A1 / K / E / ... etc. mean?
These are different wholesale warehouses that we have designated with abbreviations at our discretion. Each warehouse is a different wholesale company, with a different pricing policy, different inventory and different delivery times depending on the location. Wholesale warehouses/wholesale companies do not sell directly to the end consumer, but they use us as a reseller who serves the end customer (private customers, companies, government agencies).
It would not be reasonable to make 20 different product pages for the same product, but to gather all wholesale warehouses that sell the same product on one and the same product page.
